Erland Construction Hires MSI to Install HVAC System for New Hotel in Massachusetts
MSI Mechanical System recently started working at the construction site of Archer Hotel, a brand-new boutique hotel in Burlington, Massachusetts. The jobsite of the new 4 story hotel is located on 3rd Ave, in the Northwest Park. Plans for the full service 'boutique' style hotel includes; 147-rooms, integrated structured parking, a full-service restaurant with meeting space (indoor and outdoor seating) and an ancillary health facility with a swimming pool. MSI Mechanical System completed work on Tuscan Brand's third restaurant at 581 Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, N.H.
MSI and Tuscan Brands have been working together for several years. In 2014, MSI completed HVAC work on Faro's second Tuscan Kitchen Restaurant & Market in Burlington, MA and was recognized by ABC VT/NH with an Excellence in Construction award for the project. The new restaurant in Portsmouth, N.H., officially opened its doors on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 for dining. The 10,000 sqft. restaurant is the site of the old Jerry Lewis movie theatre.
