ACE Mentor Program of America
ACE is an acronym for Architecture, Construction, and Engineering.
The program's mission is to enlighten and increase the awareness of
high school students to career opportunities in architecture,
construction and engineering and related areas of the design and
construction industry through mentoring; and to provide scholarship
opportunities for students in an inclusive manner reflective of the
diverse school population.
In order to more effectively cultivate talent in the building
professions and trades, MSI Mechanical Systems has become the first
New Hampshire partner of the ACE Mentor Program of America, Inc.

MSI Mechanical Systems is starting an ACE chapter at Windham High School to be their first
student-mentor pilot program starting in the Fall of 2010.
Brian Hooper of MSI Mechanical and The Southern New Hampshire ACE chapter provided students with a rare behind-the-scenes look at how Canobie Lake Park is run. Park manager Chris Nicoli gave a tour of the park, which was bustling with activity as opening day approached.
Mr. Nicoli described the park as a city that was constantly evolving. From managing water and power sources to developing new rides and games that would fit into the environment, every aspect is carefully planned and controlled. Students also learned how local rules and regulations impact organization and structural plans, and how Canobie Park rises to meet those challenges.
