MSI has been providing mechanical services for many years throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts primarily suitable for commercial, manufacturing and industrial projects such as office fit ups and computer rooms to large building mechanical systems. We are a full service mechanical contractor providing clients with all-inclusive capabilities including total project overview, budget estimating, bidding, item procurement and delivery schedules.

We install and service all major brand name equipment such as Trane, York, Carrier and McQuay. The equipment ranges from small rooftop units to large industrial chillers and ventilation systems.

We complete projects ranging from several thousand dollars to several million dollars in the commercial environment. We also have a service department to maintain the equipment we install.

We offer apprenticeship training with many opportunities to further your knowledge and skills through hands on experience with our licensed staff. We also recommend that our staff participates in trade seminars and training courses.
