This project consisted of the design
build of full functional HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems for each
tenant fitout. Each fitout mandated MSI to supply stamped engineered
drawings for each trade. MSI worked hand-in-hand with building owner
and tenants to coordinate all work at their convenience. All HVAC
systems consisted of RTUs, ductwork, balancing, controls, roofing and
electrical wiring. All plumbing work consisted of underground utility
work, gas piping and bathrooms fitups for each tenant space. This
project was completed on time and under budget.
