This Manchester, NH branch consists of
3,900 SF of office space. MSI furnished and installed four Trane fan
powered boxes and three Trane VAV boxes along with the associated
ductwork and controls to provide heating and cooling. In addition, the
communications room required the installation of a single 1-1/2 Ton
Liebert Split System to control the temperature in this specific area.
All systems were tested, adjusted and balanced with written reports.
MSI also installed a kitchen sink for this
renovated space. Due to the lack of original
plumbing in this space, MSI had to install a
pumping station to redirect the drainage.
