As one of our many design build
projects, 22,000 SF of Core 3 and Core 5, were converted to brand new
office spaces and classrooms. MSI was called upon to coordinate all
trades involved to provide the customer with a fully operational HVAC
system which included the installation of all controls and electrical
wiring.
To complete the installation, MSI furnished and installed multiple roof
top units, ductwork, controls and electrical wiring to environmentally
control these new areas. Under this newly designed system, these areas
are monitored by a complete Carrier VVT system with individual controls
in each office or classroom.
