An MSI Mechanical Systems Inc Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program is designed to detect, isolate and correct potential problems in your Air conditioning and Heating system before they become major problems leading to breakdown and possible replacement of your equipment. Seventy-five percent of all repairs can be avoided with regular maintenance and eighty percent of all compressor failures could be eliminated if the problems that lead to the failure were corrected in a timely manner. An un-maintained system can raise your electrical and fuel bills by as much as fifty percent.

Based on more than three decades of experience in all phases of Air Conditioning and Heating service, our technicians will evaluate your system design and your operational needs and design a tailored inspection and maintenance program.

To help ensure our customers satisfaction, we assign our technicians to specific accounts. After each PM inspection our Service Technician will sit down with you and point out any potential problems you may have and give you choices as to how to go about any repairs.
