Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program:

An MSI Mechanical Systems Inc Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program is designed to detect, isolate and correct potential problems in your Air conditioning and Heating system before they become major problems leading to breakdown and possible replacement of your equipment. Seventy-five percent of all repairs can be avoided with regular maintenance and eighty percent of all compressor failures could be eliminated if the problems that lead to the failure were corrected in a timely manner. An un-maintained system can raise your electrical and fuel bills by as much as fifty percent.

Based on more than three decades of experience in all phases of Air Conditioning and Heating service, our technicians will evaluate your system design and your operational needs and design a tailored inspection and maintenance program.

The benefits that can be realized with this type of plan include: minimum operating expenses, reduced risk of untimely breakdowns or down time, extending the life of your equipment, and priority service. 

To help ensure our customers satisfaction, we assign our technicians to specific accounts. This enables them to not only become familiar with the equipment, but also the staff, internal processes and any other needs specific to that individual customer. This also allows the customer to get to know, and to trust, their technician.

Usually you will have the choice between two or three different types of programs so you can pick the one which fits your budget comfortably. After each PM inspection our Service Technician will sit down with you and point out any potential problems you may have and give you choices as to how to go about any repairs. He will also take the time to answer any questions you may have at that time concerning your equipment.
